Head Stand Work Shop with Eden from ‘om yeah yoga’.

Get ready to laugh, and get mindful as we have a go at getting upside down!
This video is for anyone wanting to get upside down, get energised, balanced and take your current yoga practice to the next level. We recommend a you to do a few sun salutations of your choice before commencing this video, be gentle to your arms as we will need them to be strong!
Other gentle inversions to practice before this class: downward facing dog, legs up the wall, shoulder stand and rag doll.
Remember : every time we get to the mat will be different , if you don’t get it today, try again tomorrow!
